Each role in BRESA sees the part of the work it is responsible for. A student sees their own membership. A fellowship leader sees their campus. The Finance Committee sees the ledger. National sees everything.

How it works

Sign in, and see your own part

Each portal is behind a password and shows only what that role is responsible for. What a fellowship leader records is what national reads. Nothing is kept in your browser, so the same account shows the same thing on any device.

  1. The secretariat invites you by email and you set your own password. Nobody else ever knows it.
  2. A student sees their own record and their chapter's meetings. A leader sees their roster. Finance sees the ledger.
  3. Records are shared, so what one person saves everyone entitled to see it can read.
  4. Where nothing has been recorded yet the page says so, rather than showing a number nobody entered.
